Our Home Protection Plan is available in all four counties of Cape Breton Island.
The past few years rodent populations (especially rats) have been on the increase all over North America and Cape Breton is no exception. Sightings of rats have been reported in every neighbourhood in the CBRM and even in some more rural areas. It is best to prevent these pests from setting up shop on YOUR property or, even worse, gaining access to YOUR home!
HOW IT WORKS
1. On the initial visit we will inspect your whole exterior property to identify any rodent activity or potential nesting sites and offer recommendations on how to keep your property from being attractive to rodents.
2. We will install exterior rodent bait stations. These stations will then be monitored and inspected every month by our technicians. We will provide an emailed inspection report with activity levels and recommendations after each monthly service.
3. Not just rodents! Our Home Protection Plan also covers you for all the following pests at no extra charge. Think about our HPP as Proactive Pest Insurance!
Our HPP includes control of: rats, mice, ants, earwigs, spiders, wasps, pantry pests, and many more!
*Excludes (bedbugs, birds, and nuisance wildlife)
Pricing: (effective Aug 1, 2023)
FOR EXTERIOR ISSUES (pests outside the home only):
1 year prepaid at time of initial service - $525 plus hst
OR
Initial set-up fee of $150 plus hst (due on initial service) and $45 plus hst per month starting the following month (12 month agreement)
FOR INTERIOR ISSUES (pests already inside the home):
1 year prepaid at time of initial service - $625 plus hst (renews yearly at $525 plus hst)
OR
Initial set-up fee of $250 plus hst (due on initial service) and $45 plus hst per month starting on the following month (12 month agreement)
Payments:
All prepaid services and/or set-up fees are due at time of initial service (our technicians can accept Visa, MC, AMEX, cash or cheques)
For monthly installments, customers must have either a credit card on file or provide a void cheque and fill out and sign a pre-authorized debit form

Business Protection Plan
Our Business Protection Plan is perfect for small or large businesses in Cape Breton. Whether you own a restaurant, retail store, office space, or rental properties our preventative maintenance plan will keep pests out and reduce costly loss of products and equipment.
All our plans include control of rodents and insects (excludes bedbugs, birds, and nuisance wildlife).

Seasonal Insect Package
Our seasonal insect program includes 3 scheduled visits (late spring, early summer, late summer) to prevent and control many common household insect pests.
Each visit involves an exterior perimeter treatment to your home to control ANTS, SPIDERS, and EARWIGS from driving you and your family crazy all summer while you enjoy your deck, garden, and pool areas.
